Before & After: Nidhi Went from 52% to 89% in GSEB Std 10 Computer

Before: 52% and Confused
Nidhi joined in 2023. Her unit test score: 52%. Technically passing, but her parents could see the pattern — she was memorizing answers, not understanding them. Ask her to explain what a loop does, and she could recite the definition. Ask her to write one on a blank screen, and she would freeze.
“I used to copy programs from the textbook without knowing what any line meant,” she told me on her first day.

The One Thing That Changed
Nidhi started writing every program from scratch on her own machine in the lab. No copying. No looking at a finished solution first. Just the problem, a blank editor, and time to think.
